In order to make purchases through this Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Aurora Spa, applications must have authorised Aurora Spa to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the goods or services.
If you register on the Site, you will have an email address/username and password for your Aurora Spa account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if our Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 as legislated by the relevant state of residence.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
The images of the Products and packaging on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. The Products including the packaging you receive may vary slightly from those images.
We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Vouchers or Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Vouchers or Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.
By placing an order with Aurora you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.

Aurora recommends that before you visit any website you check that your computer is running up-to-date virus checking software.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between you and us by these terms and conditions.
Aurora will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Orders & Shipping
Our domestic shipping fees are as follows: Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, shipping will be free of charge where the order total is AUD$50 or greater. Shipping will be charged at AUD$12 for standard post or AUD$15 for Express Post where the order total is less than AUD$50. All Aurora Spa and ASPAR gift vouchers listed will be shipped express post free of charge. All ASPAR product orders that include a gift voucher will be shipped express post free of charge.
Our international (outside of Australia) shipping fees are as follows: Where the order is to be delivered to a New Zealand address, shipping will be charged at AUD$45 flat rate where the order weight is less than 2kg.
Returns & Exchange
Only items purchased on the Aurora website can be returned to Aurora for refund or exchange. Items purchased at Myer, Sephora or other retail outlets must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering Aurora Spa Rituals or other products online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Shipping and additional postage charges are your responsibility.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it provided that you provide reasonable evidence of your reaction.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Aurora will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

Gift Vouchers & E-Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Vouchers and E-vouchers are non-refundable, however can be redeemed for product. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference. Any balance that remains on the voucher after expiry will not be available for use or a refund.
E-Vouchers are emailed and not shipped. If you do not know your recipients’ email address, please email it to yourself, print it out and present it in person.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Underwear is required for all treatments, and swimwear is required for body wraps and water therapies.
Aurora reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
The minimum age for guests to attend Aurora Spa unattended is 16 years of age. Aurora Spa Therapists do not hold Working with Children checks that are required to tend to younger patrons.
Whilst we discourage patrons under the age of 16, Aurora Spa have a selection of 30 minute treatments for children aged 10-16 who wish to attend with an accompanying adult who is also having treatments.
Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended in the spa. Children and babies are under no circumstances able to be in the lounge with or without an accompanying adult.
Reservations and Cancellations:
An Aurora Spa Retreat gift voucher or valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. Please note we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel or reschedule all appointments. Where treatments are changed, rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the gift voucher or valid credit card used to secure the booking. Treatments that are changed, cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

Members can not transfer or split up their Club Spa treatments into gift vouchers. All treatments begin and end on time so please be prompt to ensure you receive your full service. A cancellation fee of 100% will apply to all Club Spa members if Aurora does not receive the requested 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Membership expires 12 months from the purchase date. The full value of the card must be fully redeemed before expiry of membership. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when your membership expires. When the cost of the treatment/s exceeds the available card balance, the member will be required to make up the difference with additional payment.
