How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation you when you have placed your order.
Another email will be sent to you once it has been shipped with tracking information. You can use this link to check the status o f your shipment at any time.
If you have a SHOP account you can track your order in the SHOP mobile app as well.
Please contact us at info@aspar.com.au if you have any trouble.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
If you made an error when purchasing products from our website, we will gladly exchange your item for something else as long as it is returned to us in an unopened, original and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping and additional postage charges are your responsibility and ASPAR will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

What is your refund and returns policy?
We hope you love your ASPAR products as much as we loved creating them for you.
If you are unhappy with your ASPAR purchase or are not satisfied in any way, please contact us at info@aspar.com.au to discuss an exchange or refund. A valid proof of purchase must be provided for all returns, exchanges and refund requests.

How do I purchase an ASPAR Gift Card?
ASPAR Gift Cards are available to purchase by a simple click here.
Gift Cards are available in various denominations from $25 to $250.
Please note that ASPAR Gift Cards are only available in digital format and are sent directly to your email address upon purchase.
If you wish to purchase a Gift Card and send as a gift, simply click on the "I want to send this as a gift" check box and complete the form. The recipient will then receive the Digital Gift Card directly in their inbox. You can even schedule the delivery to the recipient's inbox as well for a genuine surprise and delight moment.
Where can I use my ASPAR Gift Card?
ASPAR Gift Cards are only available for redemption on the ASPAR website. They cannot be used at the Aurora Spa & Bathhouse Boutique or at any of our stockist locations.
Simply enter the Gift Card code in checkout page when completing your purchase.
Ingredients & Products
Are your products tested on animals?
No. All ASPAR products are absolutely not tested on animals.
Does it contain any chemicals or any other bad things for my skin or body?
No. All ASPAR products are free from paragons, lanolin sulphates, SLS, mineral oils and artificial colours. All products are formulated using botanically active natural ingredients.
What ingredients are in ASPAR products?
ASPAR products are all formulated with rich botanical ingredients. Full ingredients lists and their purposes can be found on the individual product pages.
Where are ASPAR product developed and made?
All ASPAR products were formulated at the Aurora Spa & Bathhouse in Sorrento, Australia. Every product has been developed to enhance the treatments in the spa and bathhouse and allow clients to take a bit of the experience home with them.
All ASPAR products are made in Melbourne, Australia.
