Refund policy

We hope you love your ASPAR products as much as we loved creating them for you.

If you are unhappy with your ASPAR purchase or are not satisfied in any way, please contact us at info@aspar.com.au to discuss an exchange or refund. A valid proof of purchase must be provided for all returns, exchanges and refund requests.

Change of Mind or Ordering Errors

If you made an error when purchasing products from our website, or if you would like to exchange your item for something else, we will gladly assist where possible.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned to us in an unopened, unused, original and saleable condition.

Shipping and additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. ASPAR is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs, including any international shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes or handling fees associated with returning the parcel to ASPAR.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for all international returns, as ASPAR is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Any original international shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly sent.

Allergic Reactions

On the rare occasion that you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at info@aspar.com.au.

Please provide a photo of the reaction and your proof of purchase so our team can assess the issue.

To be eligible for a full refund due to an allergic reaction, no less than 20% of the product must be returned to us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly sent, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aspar.com.au and provide reasonable evidence of the issue, including photos of the product, packaging and your order details.

Where the issue is confirmed, ASPAR will replace the damaged, defective or incorrectly sent item.

Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. Any reimbursement will be issued using the original form of payment.
