Shipping policy

At ASPAR, we carefully pack and dispatch each order so your products arrive safely and in the best possible condition. Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery location and available services.

Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $49 using Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.

For Australian orders under $49, we offer flat rate Standard Parcel Post shipping for $15 Australia-wide. Standard deliveries are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch and include tracking, so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

We also offer flat rate Express Post shipping for $20 Australia-wide. Express deliveries are expected to arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch and include tracking.

Please note that parcels cannot be left at the delivery address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one available to collect them. To help ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a daytime delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

New Zealand

We offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand for $20.

Orders to New Zealand are sent using Australia Post International Standard, which includes email confirmation, tracking and signature on delivery.

Delivery is generally expected within 6-10 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time. To help ensure delivery of your parcel, we recommend using a daytime delivery address where someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel. Parcels will not be left unattended.

International Shipping

We offer temporary flat rate international shipping to selected countries and regions while we transition to calculated international shipping rates.

International shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

North Asia

We offer flat rate shipping to South Korea, Japan, China and Hong Kong for $35 AUD.

South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong, delivery is generally expected within 8-15 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.  For deliveries to China, 15-30 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.

South East Asia

We offer flat rate shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam for $35 AUD.

Delivery is generally expected within 8-20 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.

North America

We offer flat rate shipping to the United States and Canada for $55 AUD.

Delivery is generally expected within 10-18 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.

United Kingdom and Europe

We offer flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe for $55 AUD.

Delivery is generally expected within 10-22 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.

Brazil

We offer flat rate shipping to Brazil for $65 AUD.

Delivery is generally expected within 15-30 business days after dispatch, not including customs processing time.

International Duties, Taxes and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges once the parcel reaches the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and ASPAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local carrier handling or import requirements.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, weather events, local delivery conditions or periods of high order volume.

While we do our best to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, ASPAR cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

ASPAR is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the order before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate the delivery status.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to support you in resolving any delivery issues.
