ASPAR was created to bring the feeling of the spa into everyday life, not just as a product, but as a moment to pause, breathe, and reset.

FOUNDER OF ASPAR & AURORA SPA GROUP

Lyndall Mitchell is a wellness entrepreneur, coach, author, and founder of ASPAR and the Aurora Spa Group. 

She grew up on a 60-hectare fruit farm in Queensland, where nature and wellbeing shaped her early years. Living near a health retreat sparked her interest in holistic wellness, beginning with work experience at 14 and leading to a management role. 

Here, she recognised a gap. While guests saw powerful results during retreats, there was no simple way to maintain that feeling in everyday life. 

"A space where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves, even if only for an hour." 

In 1997, Lyndall founded Aurora Spa, Australia’s first urban day spa.  

With limited time, treatments needed to deliver visible results while still feeling restorative. This became the foundation for what followed.
