How do I purchase ASPAR Products?
Purchase ASPAR products from our online shop and checkout using your preferred payment method.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?
If you made an error when purchasing products from our website, we will gladly exchange your item for something else as long as it is returned to us in an unopened, original and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Shipping and additional postage charges are your responsibility and ASPAR will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
How do I check the status of my order?

What are the shipping costs within Australia?
When am I entitled to complimentary shipping on my order?
This applies to orders within Australia only, when your total complete order is $75 or more. When there is a promotional discount applied to your order the total amount of the order still needs to be $75 or more to be entitled to complimentary shipping.
What are e-Gift Cards?
They are just like a regular gift card that you can spend on the ASPAR.com.au website.
Can I use my e-Gift Card anywhere else?
ASPAR e-Gift Cards are only available for use on the ASPAR website. They can not be used in the Aurora Spa.
How do I send an e-Gift Card to someone?
When you purchase an e-Gift Card for someone special, you can specify their email address, a message and the date you would like them to be sent the e-Gift Card to their email.
Your recipient will receive the e-Gift Card in their inbox. Alternatively you can enter your own email in the recipient inbox, and forward the email or print it for them at your discretion.
I haven’t received my e-Gift Card?
If you haven’t received your e-Gift Card in your inbox, it may have slipped into your Junk Mail. If you still have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange it to be sent to you as soon as possible.
How do I use an e-Gift Card?
e-Gift cards can be used on the checkout of the ASPAR website just like a normal credit card.
Does an e-Gift expire?
e-Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

No. ASPAR products are absolutely not tested on animals.
Does it contain any bad things for my skin or body?
No. All ASPAR products are free from paragons, lanolin sulphates, SLS, mineral oils, artificial colours and fragrances. All products are formulated using botanically active natural ingredients.

ASPAR products were formulated and developed in the Aurora Spa in St Kilda, Melbourne. We developed every product to enhance the treatments in our spa and allow clients to take a bit of the spa home with them.
How do I create an ASPAR account?
You can create an ASPAR account the first time you purchase an ASPAR product on the checkout page by filling in your email address and setting a password.
Your account information will be emailed to you upon checkout.
How do I change my account information?
You can update your account information at any time through the My Account section of the website.
From here you can view your recent orders, change your password and manage your shipping and billing addresses.
You can also access any online courses you have purchased from here or manage any gift cards you have.
