This page (together with our Privacy Policy and Security Policy) tells you information about Aurora Spa Rituals Pty Ltd (ASPAR) and the terms and conditions on which we sell our vouchers or products listed on our website (Site) to you.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you wish to order vouchers or products, please check our Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. Note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to the current Terms and Conditions. Please click on the button marked “I agree to Terms and Conditions” during the order process if you accept the Sale Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order any vouchers or products from our site.

Orders & Shipping

ASPAR online orders placed on working days will be packed and posted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please refer to our shipping page for our shipping costs and delivery times within Australia.

ASPAR delivers internationally please refer to shipping page for locations and further details. Please note the paying customer is responsible for the settlement of import duties and taxes for their country (when requested) and that ASPAR has no responsibility for the payment of said taxes. It is encouraged that customers look up rates and restrictions related to their country before initiating purchase.

Coupon Codes
All coupon codes are not valid with any other offer and are not redeemable with a gift voucher. All coupon codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or gift packs. All codes are subject to stock availability. The expiry of coupon codes is at the discretion of ASPAR and will be stated on this page.

The Welcome coupon code has been disconnected as of 18 May 2021.

Sales and offers
We cannot provide rainchecks for products during sale periods.

ASPAR E-Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed during our sale period.

E-Gift Vouchers:
E-Gift Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced. E-Gift vouchers are non-refundable, however, they can be redeemed for products on the ASPAR website. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference. Any balance that remains on the voucher after expiry will not be available for use or a refund. Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers for both ASPAR and Aurora Spa.

E-Gift vouchers are emailed and not shipped. If you do not know your recipients’ email address, please email it to yourself, print it out and present it in person.

E-Gift vouchers can not be used during ASPAR sale and promotional periods.

Pricing Policy
We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.

It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the items on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the items you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.

Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the site or other form of notification.

Intended Use

By placing an order with Aurora Spa Rituals Pty.Ltd you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.

Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between you and us by these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

ASPAR will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.

Eligibility
In order to make purchases through this Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Aurora Spa Rituals Pty.Ltd, applications must have authorised Aurora Spa Rituals Pty.Ltd, to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the goods or services.
